How Proudly Done handles your information

Information you submit

A quote request includes your name, phone number, email address, service address, an optional note and permission for Proudly Done to contact you.

Proudly Done uses that information to review the driveway request and follow up about the quote. Submitting the form does not book work.

Email delivery

When quote notifications are configured, the information in a completed request is sent through Resend so it can be delivered to Proudly Done's quote inbox. The saved quote remains the record used for follow-up if an email cannot be delivered.

Resend processes the message as an email-delivery provider. Its Privacy Policy explains how it handles information.

Website live chat

The live chat includes your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, messages and any driveway photo you choose to attach.

The conversation and private photo are stored in Proudly Done's VisitSend workspace. They are kept separate from every other business in VisitSend, and Stephen replies through Proudly Done Communications.

A private browser cookie lets this device reload the conversation and show new replies for up to 30 days.

When a new message arrives, Resend sends Stephen a notification email with a link to Communications. The notification does not include your message or photo.

Google address suggestions

If you use Google address lookup, the address text you type is sent to Google so it can return suggestions. Proudly Done does not send your name, phone, email or note to Google through this lookup.

You can choose Enter address manually to complete the form without using Google address suggestions. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply when you use its service.

Website analytics

Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit this website. It measures visits, page views and quote actions. Proudly Done never sends quote contents, reference numbers, page text or URL parameters to Google.

Advertising storage, advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. You can block or delete those cookies using your browser settings.
